I paid extra for glow in the dark thread. Unfortunately it was not glow in the dark when I received the hats. I also asked for 3D stitching and 1 of the hats was not 3D. There were also strings hanging off some of the logos, they didn't even bother cutting the strings off before giving it to me. When I wrote to the manager and sent him pictures of the problems his response was for me to cut it, and that it is glow in the dark. He then stopped responding. It was literally the worst job I've ever seen. I would not recommend this place dont waste your time.

Trash, pure trash. Very unprofessional. He had to draw the size of the card I want with his fingers on the table. Then gave me a sample of a business card. I agreed to it but when I came to get it, it wasn't even that size and the paper was highly flimsy. He then proceeded to want to argue with me and I was forced to defend myself. Thought about giving it another chance and had to wait 3 more hours to see what he came up with; the same with thicker paper. Ink quality was random and blurred. 0 effort. Never again. O stars if possible.

First time coming here. And was blown away by the professionalism and hustle of this place! I made an order around 12 noon and they had it done by 6pm even though they were non stop working while I was there. They answered every single question I had and they kept it real with me about what I will recieve. I'm super thankful to had a shop right in my community that can help me brand my business! I will definitely come back and work with them!
