Already told you. You cancelled our gas account (that was set for $5 per month), put it in your name, accused us of not putting the bill in our name, are fining us $50 and it looks like you are now charging us $44 per month for the service. Then you want me to keep filling out these how are we doing surveys. Why? You think I am going to give you a different response?

Nicole was very helpful and a sweetheart. Her personality and overall customer service skills were superb. You can tell shes one of those people that care about the customers and not just the job and I love that. She definitely needs to be in a supervisor position, her skills and outgoing personality shines through so bright. I know she will succeed in whatever position she fills. Definitely a valuable employee and overall excellent person/worker. I wish she worked everywhere I call. I would always be happy and most of all, have a resolution to my issue.

Not a fan of this company it took several months to get my first bill qhen my apartments dwitched companie and now Im being forced to pay teo months at a time. Really poor business practice imo. The amount has drastically increased from what the previous conpany charged to. Dont like this company. Edit to add they charge twice as much as the last company we had. I shoupdnt be paying more for water than electricity in a 1bdrm apartment eith only myself living here.
