Not helpful at all. Been going here for years and didn't get one diagnosis then I started going to a new doctor and got one right away.

Staff was unhelpful. Don't even know the qualities of the doctor because I was told they're not accepting new patients til next year even though it says on my health insurance's website that they're taking new patients. Very disappointed.

I've been a long time patient of Dr Lane and have always had great care from her and the staff at Primary care of WNY. She is a very competent physician with a wonderful and compassionate bedside manner. I have been a nurse for 42 years and am very thorough when I choose a Dr. and she has never let me down. She provides great medical care and a kind heart to go with it.

Ive been a patient of Dr Lane since I moved to the area 7 years ago and she has been nothing short of wonderful. Ive become incredibly ill in recent years and her and her teams attentiveness is unparalleled. I can always contact them and they help me with anything. Most recently she was the only doctor to take me seriously and scheduled an MRI for me (which turned out to show something). Had it not been for her Id be living in pain for God knows how long. She never EVER down plays my pain, and she hears me out - she believes me. She is dedicated to finding the root of issues and helping her patien ts and I am so grateful for her.

I have been a patient of Dr Lane for a number of years. I couldn't be more satisfied. I'm a patient who, over time, had a plethora of ailments. Dr Lane and staff paid close attention to every situation I was confronted with. This includes multiple visits while I was hospitalized on more than one occasion. I find it unfortunate than anyone could complain about this fine young doctor. They say it's imperative to participate in your own care. I think those patients who were dissatisfied probably didn't do just that...or perhaps just sitting around waiting for a diagnosis. At any rate, thanks to Dr Lane and all the staff at "Primary Care."
