As a certified Tiffany & Co dealer, we keep our authentic frame prices competitive with other Tiffany & Co frame dealers, such as the Tiffany & Co website, other private practices, or even LensCrafters. In fact, our Tiffany & Co frames costs less than the same Tiffany & Co frames at LensCrafters! When recommended by our experienced optometrist and optical staff, lens upgrades like blue light blocker and transitions are available. Our optical staff is excellent at itemizing every feature and cost far before any payment is taken. For our patient's convenience, we offer a payment plan with every eyeglass, contact lens, or sunglass purchase. We also offer a very generous discount for patients who do not have vision insurance. Our patient's privacy and health are our priority. With that respect and as a COVID regulation, our restrooms are reserved for our patients. This was clearly stated when you returned to use the restrooms 15minutes after the glasses pickup. In addition to limiting restroom use, we continue to wear masks and sanitize surfaces regularly. Our optometrist is also fully vaccinated against COVID19! After reading our response and understanding our policies, we hope you will reconsider this review of our locally operated, family owned, private practice, especially since you do not have personal patient experience here.

EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. Like BEYOND OVER PRICED. We went to go pick up my sister in-laws Tiffany and Co glasses she paid over $600 for frames and lenses (close to a thousand with office visit and contacts.) I found the exact same frames on multiple different websites for under $170 where they were listed OVER $500 at this place AND the lenses received ARENT EVEN BLUE LIGHT. When we first went in the young man at the front desk immediately and kind of aggressively said there was a balance due we said no there was not he said he said he would then check and what do you know there was no balance. We also asked to use the restroom for my 3 year old toddler and the same boy said that wasn't allowed because we weren't in exam rooms even though they just bent us over on an extremely over priced bill.
Thank you for your feedback and for bringing attention to our high standards in quality control Solomon! Yes, there are few cases when a lens fails inspection and ANSI standards. This can happen with more unique shaped eyeglass frames or higher lens prescriptions. Our optical staff is very efficient and will not dispense a patient's frame if it does not pass the ANSI standards. Once again, this is rare and fortunately our typical turnaround time is within 2weeks, for most frames and prescriptions. In regards to insurance claim/authorizations, we often have new patients arrive with a previous vision insurance authorization (from another practice), for exam and materials, that were never used. This is an honest and common occurrence that is easily reversible with a simple phone call to the vision insurance. When you called, our staff stated that our office manager will be able to review and reverse the authorization, once he returned back to work the following day (he was off when you called). We apologize that this was not a sufficient time frame for you. We also want you to understand that your vision insurance does not reimburse our practice $200 if you have a $200 frame benefit. If we are lucky, our practice MIGHT receive 20% of that frame allowance. Similarly, vision insurance will only reimburse a small fraction to the patient, if the patient seeks a direct frame reimbursement, as you are trying to achieve. As stated and upon his return, our office manager has reversed the claim authorization. If you have any further concerns, please contact your vision insurance for plan details.

I went to Today's Vision Creekside to have an eye exam and order lenses for my own eyeglass frames that I had purchased previously from another store. It took over a month to get the glasses back because of the manufacturer's "multiple inspection failures". Then when I sent my payment receipt for my frames to my insurance provider for reimbursement, they denied my refund because Today's Vision Creekside charged $200 to my insurance for frames that I never bought. They're so dishonest - I wish I could give negative stars...

The doctor is great, very thorough and helpful. I feel like she's on top of everything about my vision and the health of my eyes. The billing and insurance is confusing however. The man who checked me out wasn't able to clarify what I was being charged.

We ARE in network (therefore we do accept) Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas and we have a clear written communication regarding each patient's co-pay BEFORE any services are rendered. This can be confirmed both via our HIPAA compliant written text thread (before each exam) and through the patient's invoice. Since this information IS inaccurate, we would appreciate you reconsidering this poor review of our family owned practice. Dr is good. Just dont come here if you have blue cross blue shield of tx they dont accept it and they don't let you now. They will just charge you and say btw we don't take your insurance.
