So far this has been the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I have been waiting on a refund for over a month now and took a gamble to place another order to give a second chance and now low and behold it's pending. I have waited an hour to speak to reps on the phone with no luck, the chat disconnects, and no email reply. I'll never order anything else from Taurus. Beware.

They refused to repair my RS22 because I was in Canada and they weren't willing to cover any invoices from a gunsmith up here. Their repair policy is useless for Canadians.

I own a Taurus G3C and a Taurus Spectrum. The G3C has been great. 1300 rounds through it and not one problem. The Spectrum .380 I did have to send it back for repairs. The bullet was stuck in it. It was broken. I did not have to pay shipping because I sent it in earlier because I thought it was to stiff. To find out it just had to be broken in. Each time when I shipped it to Bainsbridge, GA I had it sent back to me within 10 days both times and I did not have to wait more than 15 minutes for a customer service rep. I think Taurus has gotten a lot better over the years and I would put my G3C up against a Glock 19 any day.

I purchased a Taurus G3 on Thursday, August 12th from my Gun Shop in SC and registered the warranty online that evening. I went to the range to try my new firearm. I initially shot around 25 rounds and three times the bullet jammed in the chamber on an angle. Twice it didn't chamber at all and once the slide did not pop open to signify it was empty and once the slide went back and there were still two rounds in it. I did not have the second mag with me. I went home, got the 2nd mag and went back to the range. It wasn't as bad BUT, several other things happened. I called Taurus Customer Service asking to send me two new cartridges to rule out the firearm and see if the mags were defective. They told me I had to send back the firearm for testing. They would not budge on that and I said I will now be without my Brand New Firearm for 5 to 6 weeks and they did not care even though I bought it the previous day. Horrible Customer Service. So much for the great reviews on YouTube for the G3. Extremely disappointed with the Firearm and mostly Customer Service.
