We closed the end of January 2018 in Portofino. Building a new home can be a stressful process. Both the rep from Royal Oaks and our Project Manager for the build made it a pleasurable experience. We were very skeptical toward them, as we had worked with two builders prior that had given us the run around. They handled our concerns professionally and pleasantly. The build quality is excellent. There werent many upgrades, as the home already included a lot of detail. Everything else was fairly priced. It is important when building a new home, that the buyer has time to invest in the process (especially blue taping, research etc), and has a clear idea of what they want to make things go smoothly for everyone. We love our home
