Horrible customer service dont recommend anyone to go here. They have a similar store called Gentilly Mail & Copy that do what this place do plus more and way better prices. Gentilly Mail & Copy is located near Capital One On Elysianfields in that strip mall. Thank me later. & They open on the WEEKENDS

I had some business card printed on friday. I came home and realized all my 500 business cards were cut bad. Mind you, theyre not opened on weekends so I had to wait two days and I had clients waiting. I brought them back Monday 9:00 am. I was the first person in store. I showed them what happened and they decided to do it over. I got a call after 3pm from them on that same day saying they cant print the business cards because of border issues. Imagine I brought these business cards as the store was opened and yall waited until after 3 to call and tell me that!!! And worse they made a mistake and charged my card twice. They only care about money. Im sorry this is a black owned business Ill never support again!!!! They treat you like your less of!!!

Called first then sent an email with documents to print with specific instructions in the email. When I arrived the printing hadn't started. It took a while for them to find the file. When I finally received the printed docs they didnt print specific documents in color as specified. The multiple sets of architectural drawings weren't separated or stapled. Getting them stapled was an issue for the employee. I truley dont know how they are still in business. I won't be back
