Meant to be an exciting time buying a dream car. Found the right car of choice, had a really helpful start and nice process. All went wrong when it came to management. After a few backwards and fourth got to a deal that apparently they could do, which after turned out they couldnt and withdrew, and since apparently couldnt get to the deal that was mentioned. Made a exciting time into a real negative. Not the best experience for me.

After leaving a one star review a few months back for the poor service I received at Porsche Cardiff (please stroll down list to read this)I was contacted by the general manager.He was very apologetic for the clear mistakes made. As way of making amends I was offered tickets for a Porsche Track day.I was told this could take a couple of weeks to arrive.Its two months now and no tickets have arrived.Lets add False promises to poor service shall we and draw a line under this one.My experience of the company is not good ,If you are expecting a reasonable honest service from a premier brand in Cardiff I would suggest looking elsewhere.
