I bought a controller and within 2 weeks the rb button broke for no reason. (Never dropped it-always took care of it). So I sent it back and they fixed it. 3 months later, the start button stopped working. (Same thing applies-never dropped) pretty trash durability especially for the price you spend on one.

Service was terrible, my order was stuck with customs in our country and also indicated the wrong address. Its been three weeks since my order arrived at customs and raising this problem to them and this company doesnt even answer my emails.

Does not allow DIY repair even though they cannot afford to get more staff at their line. They take 4 months to build a controller and 2-3 months to repair it. Note this is exactly the reason people go to competitors.
