Ordered a set of car mats for a 208. Accidently gave the wrong registration, got an email asking for the correct one, which I responded to. Tried contacting several times via email, no response. Tried ringing but nobody answered, and contacted by facebook messenger to just get an automated response. After 2 months of no response, I had to ask the bank to do a charge back to get my money. Only then did PPD respond and gave a refund. Absolutely not good enough!
