Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry about the negative experience and disappointment. Unfortunately, in this situation, we are very limited in what we can do because your club is in a contract with and sponsored by Nike Wrestling. However, we have been in very regular contact with your club regarding order statuses, and all of the decisions regarding products, timelines, etc. have been made by your team. I truly wish there was more we could do and thank you again for letting us know. To help make up for this, we will send out a free wrestling t-shirt and stickers for your son.

I ordered a sweatshirt on September 20th, 2018 from this company. After all of the other orders came in, we never got ours. I emailed and was told the item was backordered and that it was Nike's fault. After multiple emails and another team order that was placed and delivered, I still don't have the shirt. It is now almost 4 months later...the club preseason has come and gone, Christmas has come and gone...still no shirt. Now I can't even get a response to an email with updates. I was told on December 10th that the orders were coming in from Nike and that they would be printed...again, still waiting. the lack of follow-through and customer service is very disappointing. At the very least, I should have been notified of an issue, instead of having to email and figure it out. Then, I should have been offered some sort of concessions...another item, money back, ANYTHING. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with this company and the way they have handled this.

They have weekly sales, which is really nice. They have added the option of local pickup to help save on shipping costs. Love that option. When you choose shipping, the turn around is freaky fast. Got my order in 2 business days. Good selection of singlets, shirts and shorts. My son loves their t-shirts and unique sayings. My only suggestion would be to have more new shirt designs.
