Joie's child seat (Every Stage, group 1-2-3) has prastic components comes out of its structure as seen photos, but Joie says there is no default! Our child's head is continuously hitting against these prastic things and Joie thinks it's normal. Should have chosen another serious childseat maker. This is inacceptable and we will never never buy Joie products again. Not recommended as they don't garantee anything. No After-Sales Service support. They just don't care of customers.

I absolutely love all the Joie products. Their car seats are the best around, I wouldn't chose any others. Their strollers are amazing, So light and easy to push. I would absolutely recommend.

Our girls keeps hurting her head !! Although this is a good next step up pushchair it does have a major design flaw. I have a tall 11 month old, when she is sitting up in the pram if she leans either left or right, as babys do when tired, she catches her head on the hood clips, the thing is the hood is the reason I brought pushchair as it's got great coverage for our upcoming trip to Cyprus ..... the attaching clips need to be better placed. My poor girl has bumped her head a few times now, so much so we have had to look at shelling out for a temporary pushchair whilst I await feedback from JOIE.
