Jenn, Thanks for taking the time to review our business. We take these matters very seriously, as we are a smaller company that takes pride in our work. We see you contracted us through the google messaging service about a move in April with no specified moving date. As a licensed and insured mover in New York we abide to the department of transportation regulations. We can not say the same thing is true for unlicensed movers in the area. If I could give zero I would. My mother used them as movers years back, so we decided since I was in need for an in state move, we'd give them a shot. They asked details about my move and understood I needed them this past weekend and completely ignored me. Just responded today with a DOT excuse as to why they couldn't move me from camillus to utica...I'm already moved. Told me to get someone in the Syracuse area. Funny thing is, I got a company from Utica to move me with no questions asked, no issues at all. Clearly this company has gotten too big for it's britches and could care less about people needing their services. Nevermind their lack of compassion when I told them they'd lost out on a paying job. Less than impressed. UPDATE in response to the reply from the owner. I was a driver and I'm well aware of DOT laws. 150 airmiles covers most of NYS. Go feed your bologna elsewhere. Also, if they cared to respond within a WEEK, they would've known I needed to be out by the first. Most people move on or around the first. Pretty realistic if you ask me. Take care.

A+ Movers has moved me several times over the years and always with great results. They work very quickly and efficiently and out of all the quotes I received, they were by far the lowest. The owner is on the crew and you can tell he cares about his business. They were very careful with my belongings and I felt good knowing that everything would arrive in the same shape it left. The next time I'm ready to move, they will be my first call!

A+ Movers moved all of our furniture and belongings efficiently, professionally, and were very reasonably priced. They got right to work at the moment of arrival, meticulously protecting everything from the potential of damage. Anything that was dismantled for moving such as bed frames and large furniture items were professionally rebuilt on premise, and placed in the rooms specified.
