As a female, entering a repair shop may be intimidating, however I never felt that at Baron, until my recent experience. I had a regularly scheduled oil change with no concerns with my car and particularly no service lights or warnings on. While there, it was discovered that I was due to flush my brakes and had an area on my tire that could be patched. Both services were added on. As I entered my car to leave, I discovered a new warning light was on for a parking break (again no lights were on when I left my car with them at the start of the day). When asked about this new warning, I was told by the floor manager my guy said it was on so I dont know what to tell you. That light was 100% not on when I left my car under their services. If it were, I would have asked them to further evaluate it but that was not a request or issue at my drop off. I was addressed in a condescending manor and he continued to insinuate I was being deceitful. They took no responsibility that while my car was under their care, something happened to trigger this warning. Even if it was an accident, no ownership was ever taken. Instead they said my car was not new so things can happen. I was belittled, disrespected and now I have a new problem to address when I had no issues at the start of today. I work in healthcare and if I ever spoke to my patients the way I was addressed, I would be taken under review. If there is anything I can pass on to others, take pictures of your car before dropping it off to show the state of your car. I never felt this was needed with such a reputable place like Baron, I guess I was wrong.
Couple days ago I overheard a customer in a challenger being treated poorly and was told to leave because he didnt have a bmw. Super unprofessional on bmws side. Should be able work any cars since its still technically a shop
Thank you, Nick! We are thrilled that you had a great car buying experience!

My whole purchase process was impressive starting from the very first phone call. All staff I interacted with were super professional and obviously passionate about their jobs. Special shout-out to JTVwho helped me throughout my purchase process and naturally made me feel like a very valued and important client. I definitely recommend.
We are sorry our disclosures were not seen by you or Nelson. Our customer event specifically said BMW/MINI only. We couldnt change your Dodge oil simply as we do not stock dodge oil filters. We also did not have the manpower during an event to drive to a dodge store and purchase one for you. Our Oil change price of $79.95 is our standard price for a BMW but high for a Dodge. BMWs require an oil change every 12/12k but a dodge is 3/3k. I am confused about why this entire situation occurred unless this review was the goal. Thank you for the concern for our staff as they are equally confused as to the intention of the ex-employee. We wish you luck in the future.

Mistreated my boyfriend when he went to get an oil change, they refused to service him for absolutely no reason other than he used to work there. He showed up as a paying customer but the manager wanted to take his anger out on him. I think thats extremely inappropriate and shows lack of character. Especially for someone who is managing the store, I feel bad for the employees who work under him.
