I hesitated on writing this but want to share my exp for anyone else trying to find a place to get prints made First off it was unclear on the cost of everything until after they finished it all. When I asked, before they started, I was given an estimate that they would be around $20, but once they were ready they charged me around $40 (obviously that bites..) On top of that, the prints look really dark and unappealing compared to the origional photos. They Did tell me they would have to convert it to CMYK first, but I wish this was said to me before I had to go there physically (since I wasn't getting a response back and I was in a hurry). I just wish they told me this in the beginning of our emails so that I could've edited the files myself digitally to make them look better in that format (and also they could've explained the cropping issue in an email too) The business cards I had printed also turned out dark and one side isn't even fully centered (which I was able to do myself on another site easily when I made them myself, and they turned out Way better when i did them). Just seems unprofessional and for me it was a waste of $40 since I don't feel I can use any of this stuff. I feel kind of bad to post this since the people working were all nice and chill, but I also feel I should warn others so they don't have to go through what I did, cause I wouldn't have ever went here if I knew it'd be like that.

I am AMAZED at the products I received from JaxColor! I've worked with more than a few screen printers And vinyl companies and these are the best I've ever received. I had the pleasure of working with Amber and she had my Three Hastily drawn harebrained ideas in a usable format and ready to go after TWO emails! She was patient with me and helped source the shirt I specifically requested and listed several alternatives in case I changed my mind. On top of being able to source the shirts , she did it at a price that I wasn't able to come close to on my own.Pricing on production of these articles was also top notch , another printer was trying to gaff me for over twice the amount Amber quoted me for the EXACT same product and set up. The print quality is on par or better with any of the big name brand name graphic T-shirts you can pick up in Surf or Skate shops , not too thick , too thin or lifting on the edges! The vinyl sticker designs Amber fine tuned and printed turned out Sharp and crisp as the digital renders. The vinyl is the best quality I've seen after 30 years of sticker bombing every flag pole, bathroom and parked car in reach of my delinquency! I threw one on my cooler just to check em out before I start distribution of the designs and the viny is such good quality it looks EMBOSSED , no lifting , no curling or wrinkles and the adhesion is spot on. Those are not Cricuts that your mom made in her Kitchen , nor are they Cheap sheets that sacrifice quality for a few cents a foot, they're professional cut stickers that I'm proud to have my brandname associated with! My First Experience Was Awesome! I receive my fans The YEAR!!was wrong it was 2020 and it was supposed to be 2022 which I see where that was my mistake but I believe that a person that value their customers and value of their business that they would have even said something to me is that the date you really want I dont even know how I missed print that but that part was my fault but the part that I dont like is being a business person is they did not bring that to my attention that part will lead me to never go back to them again and I my first time doing business with them probably doesnt mean anything lose one customer oh well when I had my business I never want to lose not even one customer we all make mistakes and I made that one but my grandchildren graduated and Im Happy there Happy. We as people Need to do better by one another! I spent my money there and I got no attempt to even try to accommodate me at all she felt she did not owe me anything but God!
