Hi there - I'm so sorry to hear this, but I believe you are confusing our brick and mortar store in Webster Groves, MO. with a different online store named Zoey's Attic. I'm sure they were very busy a few days before christmas and I hope you received your shirt in time, but our store is not associated with that online business.

Would give a negative number if possible. Dealing with customer service is non existent. The best you get is that your information will be taken and "I will forward this to the appropriate person who will contact you ASAP". The call center operator is not allowed to transfer your call or anything. All you have to do is just wait until it suites them to contact you. I ordered something for Christmas. They say to give them enough time to process (1-5 business days) and 1-5 business days to ship. Today is 8 business days (20th December) and I am still waiting for the shipment confirmation. They are quick to take your money but not to quick to deliver product or at least an update on order status. I have no need for the item if not received by 25th December.

I had a delightful experience at Zoeys getting a recipe tea towel designed. Natalie was friendly and helpful and quick with her design work and printed it right while I waited! I am so pleased with the final design. Ill definitely be back. Thanks for making my day Natalie and Zoeys!
