Ripped off on two different orders. More than a year later now, I've gotten zero response or help with the problems. Cheap shirts, cheap people.

This place is horrible. Would NOT recommend using them for any services. It all started when I submitted my order on August 15th 2016. I used this company because they claim you can have your shirts within 10 days. As 4 days passed, I had not received any follow up on my order. At this point, I had also left 3 voicemails politely asking for some kind of response from the company. We did receive an automated Email saying they would get back to us AFTER we emailed them saying we were going to cancel our order. I called back on day 10 and it was the first time somebody actually picked up the phone. I was approved for ONE of the TWO designs we submitted. I called back the next day to ask why the other design had not been approved. At this point I was told that It would cost more to produce the two designs, even though the website let me send the order through. This is when I decided to cancel completely and not deal with this company. The customer service agent stated that I could be offered a discount if I decided to re-order in the future. I kindly declined then started thinking, why wouldn't you just fulfill the order the way I submitted it instead of giving me a future discount?! Makes no sense. On October 15th, 2016 after asking for a refund, they said that they would send a personal check out from the owner himself to resolve this...even sent a picture of the handwritten check and said they would send it out overnight. A few days passed, still nothing. Called back and talked to the girl that has been handling customer service, and she said she had no idea why her boss hadn't sent it out yet. She offered to send it out again but that is where I had enough! Ended up filing a claim with my bank so they could get the refund for me. A week or so passes by and the claim is FINALLY resolved, getting my full refund back. That was over TWO months wasted on getting some work done that could have only taken a week. A suggestion for anybody looking at this, look elsewhere for your T-shirt designers! We ended up going with a local printer with GREAT customer service and had our shirts within a week. NO THANKS TO THE T-SHIRT LAND!

The T-shirt land opened up their offices for my children's class to come and visit and print their own shirts while learning about the printing process. A+++ When our graduating class's sweatshirt order fell short of a few sweatshirts [my bad], Kellie stepped in with a gracious offer to help out and make sure all the kids got their sweatshirts printed. You guys are great!

The ordering experience was ROUGH - really, really - but the shirts are nice and the owner is trying to fix it.
