Sorry I didnt go somewhere else tomorrow will be 2 weeks they received my hoses for replacement I just needed 3 hoses put together Ive had good service in the past very unhappy
This place is not as it used to be really went downhill In parts department just about everything thing is special order And sales department don't really care about your business unfortunately, My advice to the owners is to really look into it. I own a lot of other equipment brands and most of dealers that I deal with get you the stuff you need next day or in 2 days at no cost to you or very inexpensive,

I have two Stihl chainsaws that I took in to have looked at. One with a brand new bar and chain, cutting crooked. The other is not that old and bogs down while cutting large logs. Basically, I was told the one cutting crooked was dirty and thats all they could think of. The one that was running rough, they didnt even want to hear run or look at it. A mechanic came out and talked with me (very rudely), but didnt even set eyes on either Stihl saw. Not too impressed with the customer service as far as the technicians go. The salesman did more to try to help me then the service department. Ironically, I took both of these chainsaws down to another shop that doesnt even deal and Stihl and they were able to fix both chainsaws in 20 minutes. Didnt charge me a dime.
