They've had a small job for months that they said would take 2 weeks. Even worse they've moved since then and I can't even figure out where they are to go get my stuff. don't answer the phone. won't call me back. Absolutely frustrating.

If you want precision fabrication and welding done, there isn't another company better than Austin Macfab. We've been using Austin Macfab (use to be Texas Macfab) for over 15 years. We have a very specialized manufacturing operation. Austin Macfab is our go to fabricator for all our parts for our specialized equipment. They have done some heroic work on some of our equipment that we could not get repaired anywhere else. They are also great problem solvers. We trust them and they are great to work with! Tried getting a quote for some metal plates bent for a large landscaping project and some other elements. Office staff is is nice and tried assisting but apparently only one persons can quote. Tried calling them for about a month and despite dozen calls and emails I never heard back. Off staff apologized numerous times saying they kept leaving notes to have us called back . Unfortunately w2 McFab was too disorganized to get a quote and or the work we wanted quoted was beyond their capabilities. Either way, their communication is sub par and a total wast of our time. Finally had to go with another company.
