Awful company. We ordered an Xbox one controller for my Son's Christmas present on 26th Nov (so way before the 17th December christmas delivery cut off) we were promised it by chistmas, when my Father in law eventually got through on the phone. But you guessed it.. still no controller. Now no one answers the phone or email. They took the money and lied to us. What kind of company can do that and leave kids without presents. Utterly disgusting!
Appalling! i ordered a custom controller for my fella for christmas, order was placed on the 3rd December, it is now the 28th and i have had nothing! when i email i got the same reply over and over that it would be with me before christmas, this never happened. I am still waiting for this purchase have had no dispatch information, shocking! after being told it had been dispatched and would be with me by the 24th, i did not receive a message from a courier until the 03/01, it had only been dispatched on the 02/01!

Avoid too greedy Visit a well known video sharing site on how to repair before you even think of sending your damaged items to custom controllers With a little patience & tuition youll save yourself a fortune.. The diagnostic is a joke If you decide against the repair costs they wont tell you which parts need replacing because they know its nothing an air can wont fix & probably a scrub with a cotton bud in most cases. AVOID
