I have found them to be disorganised, relatively unhelpful and unreliable. One example among a few: Order was "ready" so I drove an hour to collect only to realise they hadn't looked beyond page 1 of a 5 page order. Sure, these things happen and accepting was I, told I'd receive a call the following morning. The call didn't come, and nor did I get the call back after I called and couldn't get through. Not an isolated example of poor customer service.
I am a small business owner and rarely put up a review but in this case it is so warranted. I found staff there to be, rude, don't follow instructions, extremely argumentative and basically they are one of those companies that makes everything seem hard - even though its supposed to be their field. Makes me wonder how places like this still have any business. If I treated my customers like they treated me, I would feel ashamed. Steer well clear.
