This is untrue and completely unfair, you have never expressed any dissatisfaction and had you had done so I would've addressed your concerns.

Do not trust this shop !! I went and asked for advise explaining my situation, as i was having a problem with vandals damaging my car at night, I explained money was tight, but would purchase a system at a later date however, to show good faith, I purchased a camera lens shown to me as a Sony unit, and paid the asking price of 185 pounds. I thought it strange that there wasn't an instruction leaflet, but felt safe in the knowledge of what I'd been told and it had Sony written on the box. When i returned home, wishing to obtain more info regarding cctv, I looked on Youtube and Ebay, to my Horror, I found the camera lens I'd just paid 185 for, on sale and It's lowest price was 4.25 and the max price was around 15.00 and was in fact from China. I had put my trust in the shop owner and felt totally ripped off, due to illness I've not been able to return and make issue regarding being treated unfairly. I would warn others be careful of this shop !!! Not as honest as they seem !!!

Friendly service. But .... Offered goods not the top of the quality. It's mostly no-name, items that can be bought on Amazon, Ebay, Wish etc Not worth the money. Search on-line for similar products and You get them for 1/10th of the price. Yes it's not an joke, several hundrets for item that cost 50 on Amazon???!!!. Today when I am browsing on-line stores I really regret buying from Lorraine Electronics. Never ever buy anything on Impulse.

I cannot speak highly enough of the level of professionalism which comes with the products which are of the highest quality and got me great results.
