Well, where to begin. We bought our house 8 years ago when Reybold was selling homes in Ascot Landing. We were super excited to be home owners and looked forward to a future in a quite community. After 3-4 years the homes around us were not selling so Reybold took it upon themselves to rent all the unsold homes. That in its self ruined my resale value of our home. Plus they never mentioned it to anyone. Because they knew they were in the wrong doing what they did. So now whenever I have an issue I'm treated like a second class citizen and just given lip service. We have disrespectful college kids parking all over the place destroying yards because they don't know how to park. Our cul-de-sac is in disrepair and I've asked repeatedly for it to be fixed. My house is worth less than when I bought it, I can't refinance due to the value of my home...I could go on and on but it seems like Reybold could care less. I would give them zero stars if I could.

I work for Reybold group who owns Ascot Landing, houses are beautiful and our maintenance crew is on call 24/7 for emergency, Fire,flood ,no heat or Ac. We are to help our customers and even come out for clogged toilets
