Adam I am sorry that you had a bad experience and your orders have been refunded. I would like to clarify this story because you are leaving things out. First i called you the week before and told you it would be ready Tuesday and i would call you to confirm when it is ready. Instead of calling or confirming with me your order was ready you just showed up at my door. And when my staff had tried to explain to you that the shirts where here and the art was ready only waiting for the order to run and that we could ship it out to you the next day . You were not satisfied with that response then after trying to calm you down and explain things to you you were insisting on a full refund and us doing the job for free. in the end my staffs patience became worn and he told you to leave in not so many words and that we would cancel and refund your order. At the end of the day your order has been refunded and we wish you the best. Thank you

Do not waste your time, they never complete the order, when I did call order will be ready next week , when I pick up my order was not ready, I did drive 40 miles and order not ready, when I try to talk with owners what happen they told me get off f____________ of here and I was really scary, I am still waiting for refund 3 weeks already and I do not know when they charge back money to my credit card, I do not recommended this company for any one, please better shop online, customer service on scale 1-10 is 0, they ignore customers, they do not know how to deal with customers, they just looking for money from your credit card, be aware from this local company located in Addison. Also all good reviews they are fake reviews, do not waste your time with this place, you can find much better price and customer services on line.
Quality ok they only have single stitching dont have a zig zag stitching machine for edging on a patch this disappointed me they dont have organized staff or credit/debit card reader I had to got out and get cash with no receipt and I had to right my phone number on a piece of paper for them to contact me Overall not organized with taking payment no receipt no system to contact costumers only put your phone number on a piece of paper quality standard no high end equipment and service I was disappointed seem like they dont care I had to take it back and have them re sew and double seam looks decent they said as long as Im happy with it dont want to complain to much
If i could give this place a zero I would, I dont even know where to start with this mess. So I went in and and placed my order and paid $1500.00 up front, big mistake on my part. Once I left I took them 3 months to get my order, when I arrived to pick it up, they still did not make parts of the order, and told me that curtain things were out of stock, I find this out 3 months later, so at this point we move on and they had put the wrong names on the shirts, another month goes by and we are still missing parts of our order. So about 6 months into this mess and we are still missing shirts. Not to mention the pre shrunk shirts can not even be worn after the first couple washes. The owner said because I didn't hang dry my t shirts. This place is a joke they act like they want to do good business until you pay them.
