We contacted PCS after they were recommended by a family member who was delighted by the work theyd done on their property. Wed seen first hand the quality of their workmanship on our family members house and asked them to undertake a small job to remove a front door and frame, and replace with a new composite door and frame. Dave came out to assess our job and was punctual, extremely approachable and knowledgeable, explaining our options in detail. The quote provided was excellent and at all times we were kept fully in the loop on lead times and installation timescales. The job was completed by two fitters from PCS just in time for Christmas. The fitters were really careful, thorough and tidy, insisting on cleaning thoroughly and nothing was too much trouble. The lads did a brilliant job and we look forward to using them again in the future for further work we have planned. Thanks to Dave and the team, have a great Christmas!

PCS north west had previously done an extension for us so didn't hesitate contacting them to convert our garage onto a fully insulated,kitted out art/design studio for our daughter. Smaller job than they normally do but again team were great,listened,advised and constantly kept us in loop with progress etc. Highly recommend

We have just had completion of what was for us a fairly big project. PCS NW built us a 2 storey extension and our experience with everyone at the company was first class from start to finish. Dave came out first to explain how the project timetable would work and he was very clear about possible disruption, general impact and payment terms. We were never unsure about what we were expecting of the project. Sure enough, a team got straight to work on the very date agreed and worked at lightening speed to get the foundations sorted. They did all liaison and negotiating with Local Authority building inspectors and worked alongside them to conform to all requirements thus ensuring a smooth project as each stage developed. We are absolutely delighted with the final result, the building and materials being very sympathetic to the existing structure and all materials of an excellent quality. The on-site team were a lovely group of lads, always being courteous on site when family were around. The lads were lovely with the kids and they had some really friendly banter with us all. They were always on site when they said they would be, often throwing extra teams on site when things started coming together. They were all real grafters and the quality of workmanship was excellent. We really cant fault PCS who even when we hit obstacles, helped problem solve their way around things with their expert knowledge of building services. I would definitely recommend this company. I would expect you'd need to book them well in advance but once a schedule is agreed, they really do work hard to meet agreed term. We are super pleased to have found them and may yet seek them out again for future work that we are already starting to think about.
