In order to cancel my account I was told different ways to 3 different people. One staff member at the gym told me to come close to one week before my next bill so I wont be charged, next time I went they told me to call a phone number. After I had called the number I was charged again and finally a manager had to manually do it. I was still charged for another month because of this long process. This is unbelievable. Canceling is a real nightmare. Keep that in mind before joining.

This gym has great energy. Lauren, Rachel and the rest of the Staff here are very motivating and welcoming. The overall culture and vibe of everyone here is awesome.
Very difficult time canceling my membership. Could not cancel over the phone. When I came the person I needed to talk to was not there. All front desk staff should be trained how to cancel a membership. I think its just a ploy to continue drawing money from your account hoping you wont come back in. Had to pay $60 to cancel my membership finally.
