Not pleased at all. We placed our order on a Friday, two weeks before we needed the shirts for a family reunion. We went back the following Monday to change/add to our order but they were unwilling to work with us claiming they would have to pay a shipping and restocking fee for a couple of shirts. I am not sure why they could not just keep the plain white 2XL tshirts (common color and size) in stock for a future order. The day we are supposed to pick up our order we receive a call that the design would not fit the kids shirts, which is half of our order. They would either have to charge another $70 to resize and create new screens, or take off half of the design. Information that would have been useful to us the day we placed our order and not the day we are supposed to pick up our order. We go with half of the design and pick up our order only to find the kids shirts are crooked and warped. Definitely a rushed job. For the money we paid I expected better service and better quality. I would not recommend them to anyone, nor we will ever return to them.

Aly and her team are awesome! I've printed multiple times now with NovaInk and every single time, they've done an amazing job. Not only is their work top notch, their prices are very reasonable and they always manage to get projects done even with shorter deadlines. I highly recommend NovaInk and will continue to go back to them for any printing/embroidery projects!

3.5 stars. I brought several athletic shirts to them (to use in a charity fundraising race I'm driving from Provo to participate in with my team in WA tomorrow). I did this last week with images to print and place on them. We had a couple of hiccups in the process that made it look like it wasn't going to happen but they called me tonight to apologize after they saw my initial review and stayed late to fix the problem.
