The only great thing about Globe equipment is that its Convenient location. Their prices are not competitive and high. The customer service is nonexistent. You walk into the store and youre ignored. This is not my first time visiting nor will it be my last. Acknowledge and help your customers.
Carlos, I am sorry. Recently there has been an increase in fraudulent transactions through our site. I can fully accept that no system is perfect and I am sorry your order did get flagged by our credit card processor. This rating system is based on multiple factors including order history, state, shipping time, items being shipped, residential vs commercial addresses, and email domains. When we are alerted to this by our credit card processor, it is our procedure to call the phone number used on the order to make sure it is indeed a valid order. This is a standard procedure for us, and was never directed toward you personally or your business. Ive never worked with a more unprofessional bussiness. I placed an order for steel casters for a range and asked for the casters to be next day aired to me due to having a range delivered with legs instead of casters. I later received a phone call accusing me of being a fraudulent bussiness. My family has owned and operation a bussiness in Tampa, FL for over 20years. We are a small mom and pop restaurant in dire need of a part that is back ordered locally. I believe this issue runs deeper than possible fraud and based on the call May even be about race. I cant believe we are in 2021 and this is how this company is treating our family. Good luck to you.
This store is Amazing! They have everything, I first went to their Website and I thought I found what I needed, I called them and they were so helpful! Very knowledgeable and took the time to help. I will definitely be a customer for life! I went down to the showroom and they have so much stuff! Everything you need for a Restaurant and the staff there is so well informed about the latest trends in the Restaurant Industry and Safety issues! Very helpful
