Have had a good run with Taylor and until today would have given them 4/5. But had scheduled an excavator for Thursday morning. Was told it would arrive late Wednesday. Then was told, 'First thing Thursday morning.' Then at 11am the on Thursday, they were still too busy or understaffed to even have the equipment on it's way! Am now forced to completely postpone my project that required scheduling 4 busy people at the same time. Have lost two days of production and now have to adjust the rest of my schedule to compensate. Taylor had one job and now they have cost my team plenty. In the future will not risk using them, just too costly...

The tent arrived 4 hours late. The covers for the chairs were all different colors and had huge stains on them. They forgot 5 of my tables. The chairs for my wedding ceremony had rat nests in them. The dance floor was in awful shape. The employees in the office we very rude Honestly not impressed and would not recommend made my wedding day very stressful.

Went here after having a horrible experience at another rental store, won't mention any names here... They helped turn what was well on it's way too being a nightmare into a pleasant experience. Customer service was as good as it gets! Employees were all friendly helpful and knowledgeable treated me like a person rather than just a customer or a dollar sign. Hats off to you guys I'll be back! Highly recommend! Only complaint is I didn't go here first.
