I've waited for sometime before writing this review. We will never use this organization and have "negatively" referenced this organization to several friends and Relators that we know if the Austin / Central Texas area. My wife and I consistently had to have multiple conversations with the architect assigned to our project because a "junior" architect was doing quite a bit of the work. We went through 4-5 versions and STILL ended up with an 80% solution after paying more than $20k for the agreed upon project and work. We have found ourselves having to make pen and ink changes on the job site with the builder and our subs for many of the topics (elevations / windows, etc.) that we discussed many times with our main point of contact. Building a house from scratch is a nerve racking and detail-oriented journey and we definitely don't believe that we received the end product that we paid for in the end.
