Bought tiles from this place for my shower. The only reason I bought from here was because the GC working at our house recommended them. The batch of tiles we got seemed to be defective. Maybe they were sitting in storage for too long...who knows. But after installation, they began to crack. GC asked them to replace defective tiles. They said no. I dont know if it was the installer or the tiles. But just in case im putting this review out there. The GC will get a review as well. Now I have to buy new tiles. Why am I paying for new tiles??? Bad tiles or bad installer. Who knows! But just be aware that if this happens to you, they do not have a warranty on their tiles and they will not replace them. I got tiles for my other bathroom at home depot and did NOT have this issue.

Good quality product, friendly and knowledgeable sales people, horrible delivery and warehouse operations. Warehouse people are a bunch lazy bozos that just wont work. be careful with the product delivered. Open the boxes upon arrival and check integrity of the tiles. they will not accept returns / replacements if product in box turns to be broken - upon opening the box a few days later.
