After working for this prestigious enterprise I was tickled by the experience of dealing with them again when trying to fetch my w-2 form. The resilient sound of a dial tone left me speechless because the girl (yes, girl, who sounds all of fifteen) manning the phones at payroll hung up on me after I asked for a third time to have my paperwork sent over while it was "busy" in the office. It was a Monday.
