Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Most arrogant attitudes imaginable. They skirt the law on disconnections by not sending notifications or notice and don't care. I have filed with PUCO and First Energy is under investigation. No surprise they are also under federal investigation for bribery with an Ohio State Representative .... they don't value business ethics at all. Go anywhere else if possible. I am going to spend the money and go completely solar just to not give another penny to these criminals disguised as an electric company.
A customer for my entire adult life, never had a problem besides the occasional lightning/tree/wind induced outtage. Billing is problem free, and managed moving from house to house within their service area correctly.
