I went in asking for a trim of my grown out pixie cut. I explained what I wanted and showed the hair stylist pictures but she still managed to mess up my hair. She didn't wet my hair or part it, my layers are very uneven and there is no symmetry of the hair around my neck line. On the left side of the back of my head the hair is short and on the right, the hair is noticeably much longer. What's worse is that I even tipped her well. I am very disappointed and will never return.

The woman who cut my hair came to the salon 35 minutes late and then lied and said that I had lice when I know I didnt, then charged me $35 for the haircut. I had been super self conscious over my hair after that for weeks. Lmfao. Ive been angry over this for months since its happened and I wont be coming back for another haircut that took 5-10 minutes TOPS and spending $35.
