Horrible company. We've ordered over 4000 worth of stuff; hats, short and long-sleeved shirts, jackets and hoodies. Always an excuse , but we've been waiting over 3 months. Have only received maybe half of it. ZERO communication. Not sure why they have any good reviews. If they were good before, it's a shame to think how bad they have got.

This place does not even deserve one star. They do not answer phone calls, or emails EVER. We ordered shirts from them well over a month ago and not only have they not finished the shirts that were promised WELL OVER a month ago, but they have made excuses at every turn and have continued to display poor customer service. I would not recommend doing business with them, and would look elsewhere for shirt services.

I support local business that are willing to go the extra mile for their customers. The young lady and young man named Joe I believe, were extremely helpful in getting my order for a highschool soccer team ready, very patient and understanding people they helped price wise and finishd/delivered my order in a timely manner. I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. The best business ethics I have ran into in a while. Lovely people very sweet and helpful!

My current experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. We placed an order (paid in full) for staff shirts on January 11th and still have no product. Every time I call, I am told no one is available to speak with me. I have sent numerous emails and finally received a response on 4/1 with an apology stating my order would be delivered no later than 4/7. I have no product, and no response to multiple calls and emails since that date. The only reason we were comfortable making payment was due to a positive experience with a previous order placed several years ago. Now we will be forced to explore our legal options. Definitely do not recommend.
