Cru is one of our *favorites* for brunch. Everything that I've ever had there has been amazing and the prices are reasonable. The service has always been stellar. We normally get the steak and eggs and grilled cheese and tomato soup, but last week we added the goat cheese beignets to our order. They were so good. You know that scene in Ratatouille when fireworks explode after Remy mixes strawberries and cheese? We totally experienced fireworks eating the beignets. If you haven't been, you owe it to yourself to head over for brunch this weekend. Go ahead and get a mimosa carafe - you won't be disappointed.
Here for a birthday celebration, when we noticed some friends of ours at the bar, went over to visit with them, and shortly after our server Marissa showed up with our bottle of wine from the table to refill us at the bar, While we visited with our friends. These details made the difference, we love this place, and Marissa!

My first time ever visiting this place. Ordered a Black Truffle pizza on Thursday night during a "concert in the park". The bartender was nice, and took my order quickly. He is the only reason I am giving two stars. The pizza came out fairly quickly (10 min). Grabbed it, walked across the street, sat in my seat and the pizza is cold. I swear this was a frozen pizza heated up in an oven. Totinos pizza tastes better. For $22.00 I expected much better. I will likely never return. Steer clear.
