I have been going to Diva Nails in Hampton Va. since my shop of many years has closed. I will never send another person nor will I ever set foot in there again. A friend and I went in on May 30,2016 and after waiting over 40 minutes(while we soaked so we didn't leave) They started working on my friend, I continued to wait and soak in now very cold water. The owner Mrs. Flowers always works on my feet as I have had foot surgery and I am not comfortable letting anyone else work on my foot. FINALLY my turn. And now her neighbor comes in and she proceeds to go over to work on him. I stopped her and asked her what she was doing and she said he is my neighbor and he is sick,and she will do me after him. I told her I was sorry but it has now been over an hour and she couldn't expect me to continue to wait and have my friend sit there waiting for me to get done. She came over and did my feet. During this process she cut my cuticle twice. Ok this happens some time. But when she took a chunk out of my foot I almost died. I told her to stop working on my foot and told her to look at what she has done . She was laughing saying so sorry all the time . Since this was my birthday gift from my friend I felt terrible for her because she couldn't believe what had happened. She paid FULL PRICE for me to be injured. Today is the first of July and I am still nursing the hole in my foot and have had 2 rounds of antibiotics. I went back to show her what my foot still looked like. At that time she denied it and I proceeded to show her the picture my friend took that day with her in the picture. Her response again while laughing ...So sorry. Please beware of this shop and the several others that she owns as they aren't the cleanest either.

I hired LawnStarter to do my lawn weekly for the season. I have had nothing but problems. Two times the person who was supposed to cut my grass said they had cut the grass and they had not even been here. And they took my money. I had to call to get my money back. They were suppose to cut my grass on the 31th of August. It took 2 e-mails and 2 calls to finally get an answer. They did send me a message that they would find someone to do it They dropped me without even telling me. Say they sent an e-mail. Claim they now have no one in this area to cut my grass.Funny I got everyone but that one. I am more than angry! Now I have to find someone else to cut my grass which was the reason I hired them in the first place! The ad says they are the number one lawn service in Portsmouth-Yeah right!

I wanted to say how pleased I have been with Age Advantage Senior Care Services. We have used the service since Dec 8, 2015 when the service I had originally contracted to help with the care of my husband dropped us as clients without any notice. I had told the former company that I would be cancelling the contract in two weeks. They had been very unreliable and when I would call to see if anyone was scheduled the staff were very rude. I had contacted Mr. Medina with Age Advantage to start the service in two weeks but when I called to tell him what the company had done. He immediately started working on getting the aides in place. He has been wonderful to work with and every aide he has sent has done a very commendable job. I would highly recommend his company and it has helped relieve much of the stress of caring for my husband. I would give his company and him the top grade.

PowerHome Solar does not know the meaning of customer service. It appears that they have expanded so quickly that they are not able to adequately organize and coordinate the projects that they sell. I signed my contract with them on Sep 17, 2020, and I still do not have an operating system. Once they finished the installation, they were supposed to schedule an appointment with the electrical inspector. They did not do that. I scheduled it, The electrical inspection failed. A month later, PowerHome Solar came out to fix the problems, and did not follow the guidance provided by the electrical inspector, i.e., they did not notify the inspector they were going to the job site to perform the repairs. Luckily, I thought to schedule the inspector, and he arrived on site and informed PowerHome Solar that what they were doing was going to fail inspection, again! They managed to get the repairs fixed, and the inspector completed the inspection on his own (without the input he requested from PowerHome Solar). Now the building inspector needs to come out and approve the installation prior to the electrical service provider allowing me to put my excess electricity on the grid. To date, the building inspector has not been contacted. I will do PowerHome Solar's job and contact him tomorrow and schedule an inspection. Assuming it passes, I will have to contact my electricity provider to schedule a meter changeout and my solar system can operate properly. This is no way to run a business.
