IMT managers are quick to schmooze you at the door to get you to sign a lease. However, once you're locked in their attitude towards you changes. We have had packages go missing, my Car was towed from its payed parking spot and on both accounts management called us liars, dismissed our claims and essentially told us it was not their problem. For tenants that pay their rent on time and take care of their apartment you would think they would give the benefit of the doubt. Don't fall for their upfront razzle dazzle, at the end of the day they will only see you as a paycheck and nothing more.

We do not wish for any crime to occur at our community, and we have contacted Front Range Patrol to ensure they are aware of the situation. We cannot however guarantee that crime will not happen. We encourage residents to take the necessary precautions to help us with controlling any crime that may occur, such as checking your storage units and ensuring all doors are locked. I'm hoping that current residents might read this because management is refusing to put my community post through the resident portal OR tell residents about the break-in we had in our storage unit simply because they don't think it looked like a break-in and apparently the locks are "too hard to open without a key". I had no idea IMT also hired individuals with this detective-like experience to determine what is or is not considered a break-in. Typically, in my detective work, I consider a break-in when my stuff has been stolen! Our storage locker was UNLOCKED with the door slightly ajar after we had locked it previously and sure enough we had something stolen out of it! We informed management and it took them four days to get back to me with absolutely no acknowledgement to the fact that we had property stolen. I was replied to with this: "At this time, I dont see it as necessary to inform other residents since there was no sign of a break in, but rather the deadbolt was not locked." Really? How do you explain us locking it the last time we were there and the stolen things out of it? Current or prospective residents should just be aware that management has a terrible attitude toward issues they should be notifying their other residents about. It's really frustrating considering this building is great otherwise. Everyone check your storage units though and don't rely on management to do ANYTHING about it!!

My husband and I will be moving from another state to IMT at City Park in June. So far, we have been incredibly impressed with the excellent customer service. We initially toured a unit with Zach in October. He was so friendly and helpful. Since a unit became available, we have been dealing with Ashley. She is so nice and knowledgeable and efficient. She sent me pictures of the layout of the unit since I couldn't see it in person. She was accomodating to our requests. We are looking forward to our move. I will update review after living there for a while. - Andrea
