Maybe they need to invest in some modern software. Quoting 2D profiles from a DXF. should take a about 30 Seconds. Two days to get a quote that is good for one day only. If you want to revise or clarify info I guess the quote time is much longer, still waiting a week later. No reply to emails or voice message. Just to busy to take on new work I guess.

Went there to buy a 3/16 in round aluminum bar. 6061 alloy and was quoted a price of $22 a piece for a 12 ft section. Went online to MSCdirect.com and purchased the same thing in a 6 ft section for $3.12. this place is ridiculously expensive, shop elsewhere.
