I ordered the E35 V3, E12 V2 and tactical pen. All shipped thhe very next day via express post. The service is fantastic as are the products. Deal with the local rep you will not be dissapointed. Just a follow up. Several months later I had an issue with the E12 V2 mini torch. Marco helped resolve it under warranty, seamless, troble free. Another 5 stars. Thank you :)

Awesome service! Ordered Monday and they express posted (at no cost) the lantern the next day to arrive before Easter. Purchased the CL26R after viewing it at an expo a few weeks earlier. Great quality products. The little lantern throws out a heap of light. My LED awning lights, sherlite lanterns are no longer needed as the CL26R out performs them all. Thanks again and I will be purchasing head lamps soon!

Amazing service from Marco at Fenix Australia. I emailed to check stock availability and he responded literally within minutes. I ordered a Fenix torch charger and whilst it was delayed due to a tech that issue that was out of their control Marco provided me with excellent service and included an additional torch all in all it was amazing service. This was my third Fenix product ( I bought two PD40s and they were the brightest torchs that I have ever used) and can say that they never let me down. I would highly recommend Fenix Australia to anyone look forward high quality torches Peter Atkins
