Friendly staff and very affordable. With that said, I must be honest and say they are VERY SLOW with medication refill requests. My old dog is on 3 different meds for his joints and arthritis. On the FCNMHP website, I log into my account and order the refills that way. Very easy. Sometimes the refill is ready within 2-3 days. Other times I don't get a notice at all and have to call and check status. This last time around I submitted a refill request and after 9 days I finally called. The time before that I got a (July I think) I put in a request for a refill, then 3-4 days later got a text saying it was ready to pick up. I drove over to the Cassat Ave location to get the meds and when I got there was told they were out of stock and it would be several more days before it would be filled. I support the good work they do however there is room for improvement with regards to the logistics of meds and refills.
Initial visit went well aside from it taking 4+ hours to be seen, only to be told just to drop my pet off and come back later in the afternoon. I understand the delay a bit because I was a walk-in without an appointment, but they could have told me to leave my pet a lot sooner than 4+ hours in. All in all, it still wasn't a bad visit; my issues mainly stem from service post-visit. My pet was diagnosed with a couple arthritis related issues that will continue to be ongoing, yet the vet only prescribed 7 days worth of anti-inflammatory to help. I've been calling for 5 days and have left multiple messages but have yet to receive a return call. I wanted to inquire about a refill or potentially a different medication but can't get a hold of anyone willing to help.
