Stopped by to get a single hat embroidered and was told it would take a week and a half even though their embroidery-machine room was not even being used. A couple of other guys were sitting at a desk and mosying around in the back rooms. "We have too many orders," the disinterested male clerk said. Whatever happened to customer service? I predict they'll be closed within 6 months with that kind of customer attention. I wonder if I had told them I'm looking for a place to embroider 10,000 hats . . .

The first experience with Logo Boss was so pleasant that there was no question about where I'd get the next batch of event shirts printed. Now after the second experience, I felt I should write this review. On our second order, we were on a very tight deadline, but Logo Boss was quick, flexible and made sure we had what we needed when we needed it. They provided superior customer service. The T Shirts were good quality and the screen printing was just as I imagined it. Most of all, the price was reasonable. Thanks Logo Boss.
