I was recently scammed out of my investor distributions from a company that uses the Real Page IMS Portal as my funds were easily redirected to a fraudulent account. The security measures in place are nearly non-existent. No Multifactor Authentication available for investors or email notifications of account activity such as a change in bank account information. The system is vulnerable. I was disappointed in the lack of accountability or action to address these issues when I spoke with Real Page. As a Real Estate syndicator myself I caution others about the use of their product and about my experience.
