I'm very sorry we weren't able to accommodate you last week. We make every effort to see all of our scheduled appointments as close to their scheduled appointment time as possible. We try to make attempts to see patients who arrive late, but depending on the number of patients scheduled that day, we can't always "work in" a late arrival because it isn't fair to the patients who arrived on time to have to wait while we are taking care of a "work in" patient. Especially during this COVID pandemic season, when social distancing is so very important to slow the spread of the corona virus, we don't want to have a large number of people congregating in our reception area while waiting to be seen or worked in to the schedule. Again, I am sorry we weren't able to see you.

First time and last time. I didnt even get to see the doctor because of 10 mins late. Every medical center I went, they always have 10-15 mins gap for their patients incase of traffic.
