I first called to ask for a quote for some items and they asked me to send my logo for an estimate which I did that same day. I waited three days and never got a response back. I called on the third day to let them know I haven't heard back from anyone and the lady questioned me if i even sent the email. I then politely asked if I could have the quote by the end of the day since I had to call back after three days of no response and the lady said impossible????? The next day went by and I still never got a response. If this is how they do business than I wouldn't want to work with them. Wasted my time. Would never recommend.
we are very sorry about this situation, but we do not have in our record your name or our staff do not remember any problem with one of our customer. It is impossible wrong placement of logos because client have to approve artworks before printing, incomplete order no sense! Our Manager is out of town now so what attitude of Who? Why you do this?

I have spent thousands of dollars with this company. You would think that when THEY make an error they would make the customer happy and correct it. (Incomplete orders, wrong placement of logos, delayed production) The attitude of the manager is very rude. None of our businesses will continue ordering here. Edit to add> The company is Prime claims and Aquara.
I placed a number of orders-uniforms with this company for my job, and never had a problem until my last order. I paid the order in advance And unfortunately when picking up the order I found an item that I did not order .They made a mistake with the order and wanted me to keep the item to make it look like it was my mistake. All circus to keep the money and make me pay twice. I tried to call for help and none of the employees can't help you. They keep transferring you with Arianne .When finally got to speak with her, to my surprise instead of trying to help ,she sounded rude just because she got it wrong and did not want to admit it , justifying with the invoice when the invoice it is just a formality they have to pay for an order that has nothing to do with the fact that it was wrong . To end the story she made me pay twice for one item .Never again will do business with them . There is lack of customer service and honesty . I lost 22 $ but they lost a customer .
