Right now i am not happy at all. Just got a letter from my bank saying their check was returned on a property i sold. Really? You never think this kind of thing would happen with a good title company. Ive learned my lesson. I will be at their door first thing wednesday morning to see how this is handled. I will be back to report how decent these people are. First time dealing with these people, the buyer requested them, i usually go through an attorney and probably will from now on.

Almost three weeks ago, 17 days, they received our check, and today someone calls and tells us there are issues and our closing is in a week! Why in the bloody blazes didnt they get started sooner instead of almost the eleventh hour! Really? Really? REALLY? Now were supposed to feel better as Joanne is working hard on it! Should have started over two weeks ago! Ok update, as of today it was cleared up.! Five phone calls in yesterday before we even got thru to the wrong person! Finally an all back from who we kept trying to get the next day So they did get it done

A family members property was closed on and afterwards a problem arose over property line (6 months). Come to find out paperwork wasnt filed by Surety. Theyre trying to pass it off to their underwriters fault. Yet no one seems to know how to fix the issue here. Total apathy in fixing the issues!
