Very bad experience. I couldnt contact the guy who had helped me to get the loan right after the fund funded. Phone number not available. Not answering my text. I have to edit my review again after posting a few days ago. Finally, I called Fora financial customer service to request balance paid off on the same day, but I was told someone will call me back the next business day. Fora financial like a scam, a loan shark. They make their customer have to pay more interest. I still not be able to pay off my balance after numerous to times contacting them. Please be aware !!!

Received a pre approval in the mail for my business. Called them to inquire just to come across terrible customer service. Her name was Christie I believe, she told me she couldnt help me and when I began to ask questions she caught an attitude and tried to hang up the phone. You can tell once she found out she wouldnt make money off of me I no longer interested her. Customer service was terrible. Also this company does not support REAL small businesses. In the middle of a pandemic where my business is struggling to make ends meet. I have 1 employee and my business makes about $700 weekly. Fora wants to see 15k MONTHLY in order to help your business. If my SMALL business was making that, I wouldnt inquire about a loan. Just all around a terrible experience. The letter they send you is bait, dont fall for it.
