Have been waiting for a week for email notification to pick up order. No reply to emails and the don't answer phone. Hopeless. They may have good products but it you can't get them how do you know?

Hi, We are very sorry for the delay, but just to clarify your order was placed on the 29th of September at 1:27:59 PM passed our cut off time at 12pm for same day dispatch, however it was dispatched the next day on the 30th September, if we count until today 10/10/21 its only on the 6th business day while Australia Post have advised that it could take longer than the normal delivery time even its a local delivery, this is out of our control so please try to understand. You can contact us tomorrow Monday 11/10/21 so we can sort something out. One more thing to clarify your location is outside the 5km zone from our warehouse and we clearly stated that over $50 it will be free postage but your order is only $33.51. Thank you

Worse ever service . Peakhurst only 5km away from my home but delivery hasn't arrived yet. I am waiting from last 2 weeks. I understand it could be delayed due to coivd . But for local order it should not be this late . I received order from amazone in a week or less . If you cannot allow pick ups all days in a week at least have specific time frame or day in a week for pick ups! People make order when they need . I wait if you offer free delivery but I paid $8 delivery cost as well for just 1 item !

Hi Beau, sorry to hear that. We are a wholesaler who mainly focus on serving businesses, for a car sensor, we normally sell on eBay and ship out only. We have 2 warehouses and our dispatching boys are not trained for serving customers. All orders are required order first before pickup. So today we are just trying to help you since you come already. However, it just took too long for both parties. Hope you can understand.

Told me to co.e inbetween 3-5pm to pickup my product.. get there at 3.30pm and am.made to wait while they find it.. 45 minutes latee they dont have it... took me 1 hr to drive to this place for nothing... people inside cant hardly speak english!!
