I purchased a home though oak creek Lytle 3 years back worst decision I ever made. The sales people we helpful at the beginning everything went smooth. The trailer was put on the property very fast. Plumbing, A/C and electrical work went by very smooth. But once the contractor came in to play everything went down hill from there it took him almost 2 months to half finish his job and during the walk through he didnt like any of his work being looked at part were missing trim was not put on right and we told him we couldnt sign do the house not being finish and he wrote everything missing and not finished at the bottom told us to go head and sign we disagree a few more time till he told us if we didnt sign it would be a few months to a year to get all the parts in and we wouldnt be able to move in till then. So after be pressured into signing all the help we had been getting from oak creek ended communication stopped parts were never given to us so our trailer is still till this day not finish. Now when calling they are telling me we are basically stuck with the trailer as is. I do not recommend anyone buying and if you do do not sign anything till you check the whole house and record every interaction with them. That is the one thing I have going for me I was smart enough to voice record everything on phone calls in person and save every message now i have to go though a lawyer to get all the parts to my trailer.

Banana nana, we are sorry to hear about your experience on Sunday. While most of our locations are closed on Sundays, we do have some locations that will open for limited hours or appointments only. Since we have limited staff on Sundays, we typically will lock the door for the safety of our customers and staff while we are out touring homes. I Couldnt give No Stars to leave a Review.... I showed up on a Sunday just now at 2:30pm I walking in and told the older lady with glasses that we would wait to be seen seat where taken up so I step to wait in my car right in front of the door... a family step out so I decided to go back in to see if the seat where available and the lady lock the door....knowing we where waiting. That was so rude of them and left because they dont deserve my services if they easily Lock/closed the door on us mind u it says they close at 5pm show the kind of business they have. So I give them No Stars and Dont Recommend! I see that half the reviews are 5stars I should of read the reviews first with that many good reviews u know that they are fake with positive review.... Just to add on I drove about 2hours alway, just to go to this place and for them to to discriminate and lock the doors to close.... didnt even bother to let me know when I walk in if they where even planning on closing after I told her we would wait for the consultant to be available This is No paid comment or nor do I work with any other business I am just ordinary customers with my honest review who I dont recommend a business who closes and locks there doors on customers!!!!

Millie was a pleasure to meet, she is very knowledgeable in the homes they sell and had great knowledge as to what we were looking for. She provided great customer service and provided photos and pricing to suit our needs. I do not like pushy sales people, and she is not, she listened to what I wanted and suggested how we might proceed. Great job provided by her, she is an asset to your company!

Homes are nice but left unfinished after 3 months of delivery. Lack of communication!
