Made an appointment to drop off truck for recall. They don't offer loaner cars like the rest of the dealers. Then their computer froze and couldn't be used to look up my service records.

This review is for their SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Basic service, do not expect to be "wowed". A lot of room for improvement in customer service. My main gripe was having to wait half an hour for them to bring my vehicle from where it was parked.
